Rotwired Studios is a small independent game studio making strange, slightly off experiences.
We don’t stick to one genre, tone, or rulebook. Some projects lean into horror. Others drift into something quieter, weirder, or just plain uncomfortable. Sometimes things make sense. Sometimes they don’t. That’s part of it.
Who We Are
Rotwired is led by Zack Hudson (mmKay) and Akin.
We both work across design, systems, and creative direction, shaping each project together from concept to execution.
The studio stays intentionally small and flexible. We build what we want to explore, and bring in collaborators when it makes the end result better.

Dead Exposure (Releasing April 2026)
A short, camera-driven experience about documenting a foreclosed home that doesn’t behave consistently under observation.
Hollow Vale: Outpost Management
A systemic survival-management experience set on the edge of a world that keeps pushing back. Build, expand, and sustain your outpost while managing resources, recruits, and the growing pressure of what exists beyond your walls.

Tomislav builds many of the core characters, props, and animated elements that shape the physical world of Dead Exposure. His work defines much of the game’s tactile, grounded detail.
